Asphalt paving for driveways and parking lots around Austin
We pave new asphalt driveways and parking lots, resurface worn ones, and keep them up with sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, and striping. We work for homeowners, rural landowners, and people who run businesses, churches, and HOAs across Austin and Central Texas.

Paving, repair, and upkeep
Most of our jobs are driveways at houses or ranch properties, or parking lots at businesses, churches, or HOAs. The same crew handles new paving and the upkeep afterward, including sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, and restriping.
For driveways
Asphalt drivewaysNew hot-mix asphalt driveways get a graded, compacted base underneath, and we also replace old gravel or broken driveways.
Driveway resurfacingWe lay a fresh layer of asphalt over a worn driveway when its base is still sound.
Chip seal drivewaysFor long rural drives, we spray hot liquid asphalt and roll stone chips into it to create a tar and chip surface.
Sealcoating and crack sealingCracks get filled first, then we apply a sealcoat that protects the surface from sun and water.
For parking lots
Parking lot pavingFor businesses, churches, schools, apartment communities, and HOAs, we pave new lots, fully replace lots, and lay overlays.
Asphalt repair and potholesPotholes and failed spots on driveways and lots get cut out square, then we replace them with new hot-mix asphalt.
Parking lot stripingFor new layouts and restriping, we mark stalls, accessible spaces, arrows, fire lanes, and crosswalks.
How a paving job runs

- 1
Site visit
We come out to look at the area, measure it, check how water drains off it, and see what’s under the current surface.
- 2
Written quote
Your written quote spells out the area, base work, asphalt thickness, and what’s included so you can compare bids line by line.
- 3
Base and grading
We remove the old surface where needed, grade the ground so water runs off, and lay and compact base rock. The base keeps asphalt from cracking and sinking.
- 4
Paving and rolling
We lay hot asphalt with a paver or by hand in tight spots, then roll it while it’s still hot so it compacts tight and smooth.
- 5
Cure and first use
New asphalt stays soft for a while as it cures. We’ll tell you when to drive on it and to avoid sharp turns in place, heavy trucks, kickstands, and trailer jacks in the first weeks.

Questions about asphalt paving
How long does an asphalt driveway last?
An asphalt driveway usually lasts 15 to 30 years. How long yours lasts depends on the base under it, drainage, and upkeep, including crack sealing and a sealcoat every few years. You can compare driveway materials in our asphalt vs. concrete guide.
How soon can I drive on new asphalt?
You can usually drive on new asphalt after two days. In summer heat, it may take three to five days, and heavy trucks and trailers need to stay off for at least a week. We’ll give you the driving date for your job.
Do you pave parking lots for businesses and HOAs?
Yes, we pave lots for businesses, offices, churches, schools, apartment communities, and HOAs. Our parking lot paving work includes paving, overlays, patching, sealcoating, and striping.
Is asphalt or concrete better for a driveway in Texas?
Asphalt costs less up front, flexes better on clay soil that swells and shrinks, and patches easily. It gets soft in summer heat. Concrete costs more and lasts longer, and you can compare both in our asphalt vs. concrete guide.
What areas do you serve?
